How it works?
To meet the high hygiene requirements, many inspection institutions in Switzerland require a biannual microbiological inspection of washing machines, particularly when handling laundry suspected of infection. This inspection ensures that your machines comply with the highest hygiene standards and do not spread germs.
Hygiene monitoring guarantees the disinfection performance of your washing machines and ensures hygienically flawless laundry. Through microbiological testing, you can verify the hygiene of your machines and demonstrate the effectiveness of your disinfection programs.
Using sealed bioindicators (DES-Controller), we document the disinfection of infectious laundry. Key machine parameters such as temperature and exposure time are recorded and analyzed.
The bioindicators are contaminated with test germs like Staphylococcus aureus, in accordance with RKI and VAH guidelines. After the test, the bioindicator is sent to a testing laboratory to determine if any germs remain detectable. Upon successful testing, you will receive a certificate within 14 days confirming the disinfection performance of your washing machine.
